Our refund and cancellation policy are as followed:

Graze/Catering Boxes:

1. In this case of cancellations notified 48 hours or more, Wyndham Cache will refund the full amount paid. Upon cancellations, refunds are processed within 24 hours, please allow 3 business days for funds to appear in your account.
2. In the case of cancellation notified less than 48 hours’ notice, Wyndham Cache will retain the full amount paid.

Grazing Tables:

1. In the case of cancellations notified 10 business days or more, Wyndham Cache will refund the full amount. Upon cancellations, refunds are processed within 24 hours, please allow 3 business days for funds to appear in your account.
2. In the case of cancellations notified less than 10 business days, Wyndham Cache will retain the full amount paid.
